Destination Sales - Parnership Opportunity

Terms and Conditions

The Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board (JHTTB) has allocated funding to secure booth space, booth design, and other essential elements at key destination trade shows, as well as to support sales missions to international markets. JHTTB will represent the Jackson Hole destination at each event and invites businesses to apply to participate as Destination Representatives at these strategically selected shows and missions.

In alignment with past practices, the associated participation costs have been intentionally minimized to ensure broad access and competitive value. This model offers a cost-effective alternative to independent trade show participation and aligns favorably with standard practices among Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs).


Selected Participants Will:

  • Be permitted to send one (1) qualified representative per show or mission.
  • Represent the destination of Jackson Hole first, followed by their individual business brand.
  • Receive access to shared contact lists generated from the event.
  • Be available and actively engaged during all official show hours, appointments, and mission-related events.
  • For international events, demonstrate the ability to provide appropriate rates/packages to qualified Tour Operators in the corresponding market.

Participant Requirements:

  • Independently arrange and pay for their own travel, lodging, meals, and entertainment expenses.
  • Commit to attending all confirmed shows/missions they applied for and were selected to join.
  • Collect and share business leads with other participating trade show representatives.
  • Participate fully in booth staffing during all operational hours, including assistance with booth setup and breakdown.

Confidential Revenue Reporting

All participating businesses agree to confidentially report revenue generated as a result of trade show participation. This data will remain internal and will be used solely by the Destination Global Sales Committee and the Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board to evaluate the effectiveness of each event and inform future participation strategies. Public disclosure of this information is strictly prohibited.


Participation Application

The Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board (JHTTB) has identified the following trade shows and sales missions it will attend on behalf of the Jackson Hole community. Businesses selected for participation will have the opportunity to join JHTTB as part of the destination’s official representation.

While booth space and certain mission costs are supported by JHTTB, each participating business is required to pay a participation fee (detailed in the accompanying application). This fee helps offset event coordination, booth enhancements, and related costs not covered by JHTTB.

Please note: This participation fee does not include individual travel, accommodations, meals, or staffing costs—unless otherwise specified in writing.


Participant Expectations

Participants must:

  • Assist with staffing the destination booth throughout the event;
  • Represent Jackson Hole in a professional and knowledgeable manner;
  • Accurately communicate destination messaging as provided by JHTTB;
  • Send a representative with sufficient experience and familiarity with the market targeted by the event.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in ineligibility for future trade show and sales mission participation.


Payment Terms

Payment for all participation fees related to trade shows, sales missions, or featured representation is due by September 1, 2025. Failure to meet this deadline may result in forfeiture of your space and removal from planned event participation. Late payments are considered a breach of this agreement and may result in cancellation without refund.

Once participation is confirmed, no cancellations, substitutions, future credits, or refunds will be permitted.

If this agreement form is submitted after the September 1 deadline, acceptance will be based on space availability and full payment will be due within 30 days of confirmation.
