Visit Jackson Hole Seeks Creative Agency and Public Relations Agency

By Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Creative Agency RFP

Public Relations Agency RFP

The Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Board (JHTTB), d.b.a Visit Jackson Hole, has released two requests for proposals (RFPs) seeking qualified agencies to support the destination’s marketing and communications efforts.

Through this competitive procurement process, Visit Jackson Hole aims to identify strategic partners to advance its mission of stewarding Jackson Hole toward a sustainable destination through leadership, marketing, management, and community engagement. An RFP for a Creative Agency of Record seeks a partner to develop, design, and produce compelling campaigns and creative assets that bring the Visit Jackson Hole brand vision to life. A separate RFP for a Public Relations Agency seeks a firm to manage and expand earned media coverage for the destination.

“Jackson Hole’s story is one that deserves to be told with intention, creativity, and deep respect for what makes this place remarkable,” said Crista Valentino, Executive Director. “Through these RFPs, we’re seeking agencies that will help us communicate our ethos authentically and drive narratives that resonate with visitors and locals.”

Colle McVoy, a creative agency based in Minneapolis, has served as the Agency of Record for Visit Jackson Hole since being awarded the contract in 2017. During this partnership, the Visit Jackson Hole brand has produced award-winning destination marketing campaigns, including Tag Responsibly, Selfie Control, and Mountain of Youth. Following a contract extension, the Agency of Record agreement is now due for an open RFP process.

This is the first time Visit Jackson Hole has released an RFP for a professional Public Relations Agency. The JHTTB prioritized this need during recent budget planning, recognizing that taking a proactive leadership role in earned media coverage is essential for complex destinations like Jackson Hole.

Both RFPs are open to qualified agencies nationwide. Proposals are due by April 15, 2026, and will be evaluated based on demonstrated experience, strategic approach, ability to perform the duties outlined in the scope of work, understanding of destination marketing and stewardship, and overall value to the destination. The Board discussed the strategic release of both RFPs concurrently, noting that the timelines allow agencies to apply for either or both, depending on their expertise and capacity.

For questions regarding the RFPs, interested agencies should contact John Bowers, Marketing Director, at john@visitjacksonhole.com by March 1, 2026.
