Hospitality Partners Update Highlights:

[4:10] Visitor forecasts and comparisons
Stacey Mullen, Destimetrics

  • Full presentation available here.
  • Winter ’25-’26 occupancy is down from last year (’24-’25) and slightly behind the industry.
  • Need periods include early December, most of January, and late March/early April.
  • Average daily rate (ADR) is up year-over-year and in-line with the industry, which leaves the revenue per available room (RevPAR) above last year.

[14:30] Destination marketing strategy for winter ’25-’26
John Bowers and Crista Valentino, Visit Jackson Hole

  • An industry toolkit for the winter ’25-’26 marketing campaign can be found here. Free, downloadable assets are available on slide 11.
  • Visit Jackson Hole encourages hospitality partners to utilize these assets and share content to encourage bookings during need periods, when there’s new snow, and when the Jackson Hole air credit can be utilized.
  • Our partner airlines have agreed to discounted rates during need periods. When these deals are available, Visit Jackson Hole will share with the industry for a unified release to potential travelers.
  • Hospitality partners wanting to get involved with promotional efforts should sign up via this form.
